Refund policy

Returns

We have a 7 day return policy, which means you have 7 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.

To start a return, you can contact us at sompoclothing@gmail.com  or via DM on our instagram sompo.clothing . If you are submitting the request via email please ensure you include your order number in the heading of the email, along with "Return". Once we receive the request, a team member will send you the address you need to send the package to. You can the take the package to the post office. 

PLEASE NOTE THAT CUSTOMERS ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ARRANGING AND PAYING FOR THEIR RETURNS. 

Exchanges

We do not accept exchanges, in the case you need an exchange you will have to return your package and purchase a new one in a more accurate size. 

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
